PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not operate an online booking service so no data about you and payments are stored online.

You can enquire about a potential booking by filling in the enquiry form on the website. This information is transmitted by email to us and includes name, email address, contact number, date arrive, date depart, type of room required, number in party and an area for other information. Do not put sensitive specific data here eg. Bank details or other personal information.

This information transmitted is only used to generate a response from us regarding an enquiry.

We DO NOT share your personal information with anyone else.

Any links to external websites are not covered by our privacy policy and become the responsibility of those respective websites. We will only give links to reputable websites and are used to enhance the information provided for your stay including places to go and places of interest.

 

STORAGE OF YOUR DATA

The data that we collect from you maybe stored under lock and key at the hotel which includes visitor forms, firm booking information, feedback and related documents of your stay. We will ask permission to use your feedback for inclusion on the website but will be confined to feedback summary, first names and which town you are from. We do not publish precise demographic details or surnames.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to Our Site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Uses made of the information

AGGREGATED STATISTICS

Google Analytics is used by Pride Lodge to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns across our websites.

We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. The website is aimed at individuals over the age of 18.  We will not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will use reasonable efforts to delete this information.
